Dr John Gill

BVSc., BSc., MACVSc.

John is a graduate of Massey University, and spent a total of eight years in mixed practices. After veterinary practice, John spent the next 20 years in the MAF Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory at Invermay.  In 1998, he was one of the founding directors of Labnet Invermay Ltd and continued on at the laboratory after it was acquired by Awanui Veterinary.

John has membership of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists in Epidemiology and Anatomical Pathology. He is also a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology, the American Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians and the Australian Society for Veterinary Pathology.

His work interests include clinical pathology and diseases of farmed animals, fish and wildlife.
